Don’t Be Confused
If you present collaborative meetings—ones which can
be conducted online that require the viewing or sharing of your desktop with
colleagues or customers, where hands-on interaction is required, a popular
service like WebEx or Gotomeeting.com is what you want.
But if you are
making a presentation to a group, like a speech or
classroom-style presentation. perhaps using a slide show or PowerPoint images,
Radio George’s simple webcasting
package can’t be beat.
Save Time,
Money, and Hassles
You can do a high-quality webcast with co-presenter and attendee interaction
without even leaving your own office! With a Radio George Webcast, you
get:
-
You
can do the presentation live, by telephone, or use any type of
recorded presentation. If you don't have one and would like to have a recorded
one, I'll record it at your convenience. Before airing, such a recorded
presentation will be edited to your specifications, including
removing any “ums” or “ahs” or other unnecessary nuances that slip in on the
recording. No one else offers this webcast service as a standard part of
the package. As a standard part of the service, I also perform an
audio "fine-tuning" of any recorded presentations, to make sure that your
voice sounds crisp and clear with as little "telephone line noise" as
possible. (And if you're in or near Kansas City, I also offer my studio for
live webcasting or recording for a later playback date.)
-
Have a co-presenter or guest expert?
He/she can be included on another telephone line to participate at the same
time with you (from any location) at no extra charge.
-
Professional moderator service included
-
Up to 1,000 attendees. Keep in
mind that listeners are not listening on the telephone as required by many
other Internet meeting services (usually incurring the cost of toll calls) but
on their computer speakers, whether listening in a group setting, at their
office desk, or even at home.
-
Test audio broadcasts are conducted a
couple of times several days before the event to make sure attendees are set
up properly, with free call-in tech help, if needed.
-
Toll-free phone calls for attendees in
the U.S, Canada, and Mexico during your presentation or in a more informal
online question-and-answer session after your talk. Listeners who prefer not
to call in can simply email the moderator who will present their questions to
you and/or your co-presenter.
-
Archival recording on CDs which are given to you for
duplication and distribution or sales after your event.
-
I also have a special way of requiring
some hands-on listener interaction during your talk, which prevents "zoning out" or
dozing off, and helps to keep your attendees focused on your information
throughout your presentation.
How
Can Radio George Do All of This for
Under $300?
I created the process three years ago for an international presentation by a
national non-profit agency. You save money and time with this specialization in presentation
and lecture formats, rather than using a “one size fits all” meeting needs
provider. You benefit from 20 years of broadcast experience applied to the new world of
Internet communications. The elimination of usually high costs for equipment,
studios, and overhead lets me charge rates that are realistic and as many
have said, remarkable.
"Remarkable" is always
better than "good."
